My name is Natasha, a qualified counsellor supporting young people (14+) and adults
Welcome to my therapy practice. I offer a safe space for healing and I look forward to supporting your journey. I know how hard it can feel to take the first step and reach out for help. My role is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you, without fear of judgment.

“It’s okay to be exhausted. It’s okay to not be okay. And it’s okay to get help. It’s okay to talk to somebody.”

How can I help
I work through gentle support to help you process trauma and nurture a sense of safety, trust, and empowerment.

I can work with people experiencing:
Difficulties managing anxiety and overthinking by cultivating present-moment awareness and self-compassion.
Low self-confidence and self-esteem
Relationship difficulties

A gentle, compassionate space for you to openly navigate the experience of divorce.
Menopause related anxiety

The emotional and psychological wounds that may remain after trauma
My approach is rooted in person-centred therapy, while also integrating elements of CBT and other methods when they best meet your needs. Our sessions are a space to explore your experiences, understand what’s happening for you, and find ways to move toward healing and growth.

Counselling with me is about creating a space where you can be yourself, feel truly listened to, and begin to make sense of your experiences. Some people come wanting strategies and tools to manage their day-to-day challenges. Others need time to process painful experiences at their own pace. However you arrive, I will meet you there.
Working Together
Sessions are available online or by phone, so you can choose what feels most comfortable. Everything we talk about is confidential.
My hope is that through our work together, you will feel lighter, stronger, and more confident in yourself and your future.
If you’d like to talk through whether counselling with me feels right for you, please get in touch.

A therapy session is a private meeting between a therapist and a client focused on discussing personal thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It provides a safe, respectful space to talk about challenges, gain insight, and develop strategies for coping and growth. The therapist listens, asks questions, and helps the client explore new perspectives or approaches to improve well-being and resilience.
“Suffering in itself is meaningless; we give our suffering meaning by the way in which we respond to it.”
— Viktor E. Frankl, Man’s Search for Meaning
